Where is the longest wave on the face of the planet today? While the likes of Skeleton Bay in Nambia, Jeffreys Bay in South Africa and The Superbank in Australia offer up extremely strong claims to the title much debate still surrounds this notion. It is commonly accepted the world over that the legendary wave of Chicama in the most Northern reaches of Peru is indeed the longest wave on the planet.
